Testimonials from OYAP in-person courses students
"Ely is wonderful and generous and quirky. She is a genuine human being. I appreciate her honesty and humanity. If you have your head in the clouds, Ely will pull on your sleeve to remind you to come back to earth -- at least, for a bit.
I am happy that I attended. It's made me focus a bit more. Ely provided some resources and instruction that I will use during the next phase of my artistic career. "

"Participating in Ely Urbanski's Organize Your Artistic Path challenge was eye-opening for me. Although intended for visual artists, I used the challenge to examine my path as a poet, singer, and performing artist.
One day's challenge to answer the question what kind of an artist I am got me whole new line of thinking about what could be possible for me. I realized that the work I find most satisfying involves helping people connect to the people and things they find most important in their lives, and that one powerful way I like to do this is by participating in or creating rituals that are personally suited to the people involved in celebrating a certain transition or honoring a certain person in their lives. It threw light on on a spirit I can carry more consciously into my writing and singing. Beyond that, it inspired a new business idea I'm pretty excited about,
in which I would help people design personalized rituals.
I found the OYAP challenge both useful and inspiring."

"I found OYAP to be thought provoking and helpful on many levels. Thank you Ely and fellow participants."
